Trium Open API
Offering Trium customers the flexibility they need to incorporate a truly speacialized surveillance system.
Open API(Application Programming Interface) provides our customers with a programming interface, a complete development library and specific functions. The main advantage of the API is that it gives the option for our customers to develop their own specific Remote software to use our DVR, Our Open API can also be used to link with other equipment such as ATM applications and various alarm systems. There is an example below how an external device with the Open API can be used to connected through TCP/IP to our DVR.
The Open API document consists of two parts, the first part is the Open API manual. This can be used as a reference of functions to check which are needed for your development. And the second part is the sample programming codes for each function in multiple software languages. So after checking the API manual to know which function you need you can then refer to the sample code for development and as stated above we provide various forms of programming language for your convenience such as C++, Delphi, Visual Basic , Visual C#.
